Shipping policy
We ship within the United States only, to all 50 states. We do not ship internationally, and we cannot ship to APO, FPO or DPO addresses.
Most of what we sell is classified as an oxidiser or a corrosive by the US Department of Transportation. That classification means these orders travel by ground freight only. They cannot go by air, which is also why we cannot offer express or overnight service on them.

Rates apply to the continental United States. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are quoted at checkout, as ground carriers surcharge those routes.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day leave the same day. Orders after that, or on a weekend or holiday, leave the next business day.
Ground delivery is typically three to five business days once dispatched. This is an estimate from the carrier, not a guarantee. Weather, and in particular summer heat embargoes on some routes, can add a day.
You will get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.
State and address restrictions
A small number of products cannot be shipped to certain states because of local restrictions on the sale of pool chemicals. If something in your cart cannot ship to your address, you will see it at checkout before you pay.
We cannot deliver to a PO Box. Ground carriers will not accept hazardous materials for PO Box delivery.
When your order arrives
Check the boxes before you sign. Pool chemicals are sold in sealed containers, and a container that has been crushed, punctured or leaked in transit is not safe to open or store.
If a box arrives damaged, refuse the delivery if you can, photograph it, and email us at prostarbrandsllc@gmail.com the same day. We will replace it. If you have already accepted the delivery, tell us within 48 hours.
Storage once it arrives
Store everything sealed, dry, and out of direct sun. Never store chlorine products next to acids, and never store anything where children or pets can reach it. Follow the label the label wins over anything on this website.
