Our story

Prostar Pool Supply is run by Prostar Brands LLC. We sell one thing, and we try to sell it properly: water treatment chemicals for pools and spas, from two brands we know inside out.

Most people find us on a bad day. The water has gone cloudy overnight, or green, or the chlorine will not hold and nobody at the big-box store can say why. They end up buying three products hoping one of them is the answer.

That is the problem we set out to fix. Not cheaper chemicals the right chemical, the right week, in a container that has not been sitting in a warehouse since the season before last.

What we promise

Anyone can put a bottle in a box. The part that actually helps is knowing which bottle, and saying so honestly even when the honest answer is that you do not need the expensive one.

So we do three things. We stock only sealed, in date product with the lot code still on the label. We ship the same day if you order before 2pm ET, because green water does not wait. And we read your water test for free, before you buy, so you are solving one problem with one product.

If a cheaper fix exists, we will tell you about it. A customer who trusts the advice comes back next season.

Why buy from a dealer

Pool chemicals are one of the easier things to get wrong online. The grey market is full of repackaged tubs with no lot code, product that has lost half its strength on a hot shelf, and listings where the photo does not match what turns up.

Everything we ship comes factory sealed, with the manufacturer's lot number and expiry printed on the label. You can check it against the label the moment the box opens. If anything ever arrives short dated, we replace it.

That is the whole difference. Not a slogan something you can verify with your own eyes on delivery day.
